Home Buying Experience

As your Buyer Agent I work for YOU–not the seller, not for my own interests, not for the bank. My job is to find you the best home that you can afford that fits your personality and long term goals. Whether you’re buying a $100,000 home or a $1 million home, you will get my full attention, flexibility, and access to affiliate partners who will provide expert and honest advice.

Our working relationship is a true partnership.  It will take both of us to find the right fit. It is my job to find you the best home in your price range, but also to educate you throughout the entire home buying experience so you know you’re making the best short and long term financial decisions.  It is your job to provide me with all the information I need to help you make a great purchase (i.e.-what type of loan you are approved for, how much you have to put toward closing costs and down payment).

For most people, buying a home is the most expensive purchase you will ever make and it’s our job to make sure you not only get a great home, but get it for a great price.  To read reviews, visit my Zillow profile.

Next Steps

Second, set yourself on a search here on my website. Click here to register.

Third, check out the Pennsylvania Association of Realtor’s Estimated Closing Cost Worksheet.  This worksheet shows the categories of costs that may be incurred as part of the closing costs. It is important to remember that the down payment and closing costs are two separate things.
