Unfortunately, sometimes we aren’t able to come to an agreement with the buyer. If so, it’s disappointing, but the best thing we can do is move on quickly and look forward. We’ll continue with showings, open houses, marketing etc.
There are a lot of reasons that we may not be able to come to an agreement. Generally either you and the buyer are too far apart on one of three things: money. closing date, upfront repairs requested exceed what you budgeted for.
